Learning Objectives
This workshop is designed to help you:
- List the “three structures” that are targeted in the Integrated Developmental Model of clinical supervision
- Write the five core tasks of case management
- Assess the performance of a case manager completing a client interview
- Applythree ethical actions from the CCE Approved Supervisor code of ethics
- List the agenda for supervision in cognitive behavioral therapy
- Describe the clinical supervision of psychodynamic psychotherapy
- Identify the “parallel process” in a clinical supervision meeting
- Name three elements in the ‘therapeutic frame’
- Demonstrate role playing as a client
- Describe a case for presentation using the seven elements cited
- Utilize the ADDRESSING framework with LGBTQ therapists
