Agreement
As the purchaser of this home-study course on the clinical supervision of psychotherapy, I hereby attest to the following:
- I have read and understand the introduction materials, the READ ME file associated with this course.
- I understand that I have 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase to complete the testing module successfully and to thus receive twelve continuing education units for my efforts.
- I understand that this coursework in no way substitutes for my actual practice of clinical supervision under the tutelage of a behavioral health professional who is licensed and has completed the Arizona requirements to be trained as a “licensure-quality clinical supervisor”.
- I agree to be charged the cited fee for this material, to review it WITHIN TEN DAYS of MY receipt of the materials, and to either return it for a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee) or to keep it in pursuit of my training efforts.
- I agree that my purchase of the materials is a SINGLE-USER LICENSE, meaning that only I myself may refer to the materials as often as necessary.
- I agree that I will not employ the materials in any other fashion without the written permission of the author, available below
- I agree that I will not hold the author of these materials directly or vicariously liable for my understanding and implementation of these materials in the conduct of my clinical supervisory activities, nor for any alleged effects of the practice of these methods.
